Extra particulars have emerged about the passing of Rocky star Carl Weathers on the age of 76..

The loss of life certificates lists “atherosclerotic heart problems” because the beloved actor’s official explanation for loss of life. In line with the doc, obtained by The Blast, Weathers handed away at his residence in Venice, California on Feb. 2 at 12:18 am.

The loss of life was listed as “pure,” with the doc saying that Weathers had suffered from coronary heart illness for years.

The certificates describes the actor as having spent 51 years within the leisure trade.

Weathers starred as Apollo Creed within the first 4 Rocky movies and appeared in Predator, The Mandalorian, Blissful Gilmore, Motion Jackson, Arrested Improvement and dozens of different movies and TV exhibits.

In an announcement on the time of his loss of life, Weathers’ household mentioned that “he died peacefully in his sleep on Thursday, February 1st, 2024.”
